1-Bedroom Apartment
This apartment includes tea and coffee facilities, a full kitchen, lounge area, and dining room. It also features a balcony or terrace with views of the commercial marina, an LCD TV with Foxtel, a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and air conditioning for added comfort.
Deposit / Payment Policy
A valid credit card number is necessary to qualify for this promotion. The client/guest accepts to be charged the full price of the entire stay for this Restricted Pre-Paid/Non-Refundable/Non-Transferrable rate type at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
The client accepts to be charged the full price of stay. This amount is not refundable or transferrable in the event of change of dates or cancellation.
COVID 19 - The World Health Organization declared COVID 19 as a global pandemic in March 2020. COVID 19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. The consequences of COVID 19 include but are not limited to travel advisories and restrictions, flight and other transport disruptions and cancelations, mandatory quarantine periods, border closures and stay at home mandates, vaccination requirements, health advisories changes to applicable laws and Government Mandates and prohibitions.
The customer/guest shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access Mantarays Ningaloo Beach Resort, in Exmouth, Western Australia. Where the customer/guest does not so comply, and cancels or is unable to access the resort, the customer shall forfeit any and all monies paid.
